Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Satish Mishra on Tuesday, while speaking in the Rajya Sabha, said people with polluted mindsets like Minister of State for External Affairs General (Retired) VK Singh should be sent to reform homes.

"People with polluted mindsets like Minister V.K. Singh should also be sent to reform homes," Mishra said. Objecting to Mishra's comment, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, "We take strong objection to Mishra ji's remark on V.K. Singh ji, it should be expunged."
