Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh mocks Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, caught urinating in public

Even thought Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Swachh Bharat mission is a part of promoting preventive healthcare habits, Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh was recently caught urinating in public.

A picture of the Union Minister urinating on a wall while his security guards stand nearby, has gone viral on social media.

The picture become viral days after PM Modi praised open defection free states in Mann Ki Baat.

According to reports, the photo was taken recently while the Union minister was on a visit to Bihar's Motihari.

Meanwhile, re-tweeting the picture, AAP leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia asked if any media house would hold a debate on this on TV.
