UGC NET 2018 Admit Cards: CBSE releases admit cards for UGC NET, check official website cbsenet.nic.in

UGC NET 2018 admit cards have been released on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). University Grants Commission National Eligibility Teszt for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibilty for Assistant Professor for 2018 has been scheduled scheduled on 8th July, 2018.

UGC NET 2018 admit cards have been released on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibilty for Assistant Professor for 2018 has been scheduled on 8th July, 2018. 

Students who qualify UGC Net will be eligible for the post of assistant professor. HRD Minister recently announced that merely qualifying in UGC NET will not amount to candidates getting a university job. They have to finish their PHD for that. However, they can teach in colleges. Top 6% candidates (combining subject and general score) will be eligible for assistant professor post. 

A separate higher cut-off (using a different formula) is there to avail junior research fellowships. Earlier, to be eligible for JRF, the maximum age for general candidates was 28 years. Now it has been extended to 30 years. 

Here is how you can download UGC NET admit card:

1. Log on to official website of CBSE cbsenet.nic.in 

2. Click on the tab  “Login for Admit Card and Image Correction – NET July 2018”

3. Keep your application number and password handy for logging on to the website 

4. Download your admit card and keep it safe for the exam

UG NET Admit Card 2018 will bear all the information of the candidate like venue and centre of the examination and related important instructions. Candidates can download their admit cards from CBSE's official website. However, the offcicial website is currently slow due to heavy traffic. 

‘The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only will depend on the performance of the candidate in all three papers of NET. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for award of JRF,’ read a statement on the official website.
