An unidentified two-year old boy, who was found severely injured on Mughalsarai junction's Jeevanpur railway track in Varanasi on Wednesday, is undergoing treatment in the city's Kabir Chaura hospital.

So far no one has claimed the responsibility of the child who has been lying in the hospital from the past four days. He was earlier taken to a police station by locals, from where he was admitted to a government hospital. He was later referred to BHU hospital due to severe injuries.

However, he was yet again shifted to Kabir Chaura hospital, where a doctor took charge of the child's expense of getting admitted. His parents have not yet been found.

The child is currently fighting for his life in the Incentive Care Unit (ICU). The two-year old was in coma, had a severe head injury and a broken leg when he was found on the railway track.

Efforts are being made to trace his parents through social networking sites. As of now, Dr. Prabhat has undertaken the responsibility of his treatment and feeding.
