Two dead while making crude bombs in Birbhum district of West Bengal

Sources reveal that the house belonged to a Panchayat Trinamool Congress leader, however a TMC leader has rubbished the allegations.

Two people have died while making crude bombs at Khairasol in Birbhum district of West Bengal.

According to police sources, on Thursday night, a crude bomb accidentally went off inside a house, killing two.

"Two people have died while making crude bombs. No one is feared to be trapped inside the house. We are investigating the case," Mukesh, Superintendent of Police, Birbhum district told dna.

Sources reveal that the house belonged to Panchayat Trinamool Congress leader Sheikh Jamir Hussain and the two deceased are the brothers of Hussain - Hafizul and Tarique.

However, local Trinamool leader Malay Mukherjee ruled out such allegations and said that the house did not belong to any Trinamool Congress leader. "This house does not belong to any Trinamool Congress leader. There are no links of the party," Mukherjee said.
