As DV Sadananda Gowda presented the Modi governement's ambitious Railway Budget, many reactions came to the fore. Termed as the first litmus test for Modi government, Gowda seemed ready to take on the journey with all smiles. The budget suggested Modi's vision to modernise the Railways and to make Indian railways a service industry.
