Police had registered a case against 11 people, including four police officials.

A court had already framed charges against Sagar, Brijbir and Saeed Mulla while five others are absconding.

The Uttar Pradesh government had in November last handed over the probe to CB-CID, which on February 27, had given clean chit to Brijbir, citing lack of evidence against him.
