"Trends to come in by 9.30 am", says VS Sampath about the Lok Sabha Elections

In an interview to a leading news channel, one of the election commissioners VS Sampath talked about the big verdict day on May 16. He stated that the counting will begin at 8am on Friday and the trends will start coming in at the earliest by 9 - 9:30am. 
He also mentioned that postal ballots will be counted first and then they will move on to EVM vote counting.
Being considered one of the biggest elections India ever witnessed, it was held in multiple phases spanning across April 7 to May 12.
