He kept the audience hooked by keeping the talk interactive while discussing how regrets can affect our life. He elicited various responses from the audience on whether regrets can be helpful or result in our downfall. After receiving a wide range of views, Dr Chandra doled out great advise based on the teachings of the Gita.

The show is aired every Saturday at 10.00 pm on Zee News and 7.00 pm on Zee Business and on Sundays at 11.00 am on both Zee News & Zee Business. This show will also be aired on other channels of Zee Media.

"Whatever happens, happens for the good, whatever is happening, is happening for the good, whatever will happen, will happen for the good," Dr Chandra quoted from the Gita. He said regret is a futile emotion and advised students to be karmayogis and stop regretting. One way to do this is by being grateful for what you have and not worry about what you have missed or do not have.

Dr Chandra also shed some thoughts on how living in a rut can make us lose our authenticity. He also pointed how living in the fear and rejection can obstruct our growth. "(We) stop evolving, becoming trapped in our fear of failure and rejection and become self-observed and judgemental growing insensitive to others, " he quoted from a book.
