Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi sure doesn't want to be kept out of things. After Prime Minister Narendra Modi said SCAM stands for Samajwadi Party, Congress, Akhilesh Yadav, and Mayawati, Gandhi respondend with some wit of his own, saying that SCAM stands for Seva (service), Courage, Ability, Modesty.
