Prime accused in the solar panel scam, Saritha S Nair, on Thursday submitted before a commission what she claimed was more documentary proof, including her 'videos' with four powerful leaders, which also comprised two ministers.

Talking to reporters after submitting the evidence to the Justice B Sivarajan Commission, she alleged that the digital evidence include visuals of businessman Mallelil Sreedharan Nair meeting Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in her presence at his office at the Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram. "The visuals of the meeting were taken using my smartphone. Audio is not clear as the visuals were taken from a distance. Myself, the Chief Minister and Sreedharan Nair are in the video. Visuals of Tenny Joppen (Chandy's former personal staff member) are also in the video," Saritha said.

Chandy had denied allegations that he had met Saritha and Sreedharan Nair at his Secretariat office to discuss setting up a mega solar panel business in the state. Saritha claimed she has produced a pen drive which has digital proof, including "obscene video" which 'substantiates' the contents of the letter she had written while in judicial custody after her arrest in connection with the solar scam.

She named two ministers -- one in the Chandy cabinet and another a Union minister during UPA rule -- who had misbehaved with her, who, she alleged, were in the obscene video she submitted today. It also contains audio evidence of her conversations with a confidant of the Chief Minister, she claimed.

The submission of new 'evidence' came two days after Saritha handed over two pen drives to the Commission -- along with two files and her controversial letter. Saritha had in the letter, which had earlier been aired by two news channels, alleged that the Chief Minister and a host of other leaders had sexually abused her.

Dismissing the charges, Chandy has filed a criminal defamation case against her and four journalists of two news channels, complaining that they hatched a conspiracy to defame him by airing the news item on April 3 and 4, to the effect that he raped her.

Rejecting solar scam prime accused Saritha S Nair's allegations, the Kerala Chief Minister's Office today said there was no mention of any evidence against Oommen Chandy in a memo filed by her counsel listing production of documents before the Solar Commission. A statement from the CMO here said there was no mention of any evidence against the Chief Minister.  "While briefing media, Saritha claimed that she has produced photo/video of Sreedharan Nair and she meeting Chief Minister in office. But this evidence is not listed in the submission before the Commission," it said.

Talking to reporters after submitting the evidence to the Justice B Sivarajan Commission, looking into the scam, Sarita alleged that the digital evidence include visuals of businessman Sreedharan Nair meeting Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in her presence at his office at the Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram.
