"I never married Indrani. All the media reports are wrong. We had lived together for three years and Sheena was born in the year 1987 and Mikhail in 1988," wearing a helmet, Das told reporters, who was not eager to reveal his face.
Das said even after Indrani and he parted ways, he had been in touch with Sheena as he was very fond of him. "She was my first daughter and I was very fond of her. She used to respect me as a father and knew who her biological father was. The last time I spoke to her in 2000, when she was 13 years old.

"After 1989, I have had no relations with Indrani and came to know about Sheena's murder through media. I have been living in Dum Dum area of Kolkata since past 17 years after marrying Babli Das and have a child," says Das.
He also said that he wants death penalty for the people who are involved in this murder saga.
Meanwhile, a team of Mumbai Police officers have begun a search in the city for Siddharth Das since two days. Das told reporters that he is ready to cooperate with Mumbai Police in the course of investigation. "Mumbai Police has not yet contacted me. I am ready to cooperate and help them in every way," added Das.
