Apart from the temple, the Dham has the Vaidik Karmakanda Gurukul, Sri Sri Centre for Meditation and Yogic Sciences, a heritage store, an organic and pure vegetarian restaurant, manuscript resource centre, museum, spiritual souvenir store and organic farm.
After 16 years, Shashwat Dham has opened its doors to the spiritual traveller at the scenic locale of Devchuli and Barchuli hills of Nawalparasi district in central Nepal. Spread over 12 acres of land, this Dham houses Ekambareshwor, a Shiva temple, surrounded by a pond which has holy water from famous shrines such as Badrinath, Kedarnath, Haridwar, Muktinath and Pashupatinath.

The establishment of this Dham is the brainchild of Binod Chaudhary, the president of CG Corp Global group. Leaders from all religions, such as Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Jainism, Sikhism and many others, were present at the inaugural ceremony of the Dham, which took place earlier this week.
Ekambareshwara — the Shiva temple
Ekambareshwara is the Shiva temple at the Dham. It is built in the Khajuraho-style of architecture and houses 16 deities, with the Shivalingam consecrated in the sanctum santorum.
Vaidik Karmakananda Gurukul
Based on an ancient teaching methodology, Vaidik Karmakananda Gurukul aims at training deserving Brahmins to perform poojas, samskaras and homas. The Gurukul also extends the facility of getting personal poojas and homas done, along with a facility to hold gatherings for samskaras like Upanayan (a sacred thread ceremony) and weddings. Along with learning rituals, poojas and homas, students at the Dham study a regular syllabus as per Nepal’s education board, from Classes 6 to 8 over the course of three years. With an aim of training the batuks to become learned Brahmins, the Gurukul takes in 15-16 students per year. The total capacity of the Gurukul is 45 students.
Sri Sri Centre For Meditation And Yogic Sciences
This is a centre for happiness, peace and social well-being that works on Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s mission of creating a stress-free and violence-free society. It is open to all who seek a peaceful and happy life. One can be part of the daily satsangs every evening or of the weekly ‘happiness programmes’ that take place every Monday to Saturday. The centre also conducts monthly ‘youth leadership training programmes’, inspiring and empowering the rural youth to take social responsibility and work for the betterment of rural Nepal.

In order to make the ancient wisdom of sages available to the masses, Shashwat Dham preserves and conserves the ancient manuscripts available in Nepal. It is estimated that there are more than 20,000 manuscripts scattered all across Nepal in different institutions and private collections, unattended and undocumented. The Manuscript Resource Centre at the Dham archives these manuscripts in physical as well as digital formats, and with the help of scholars from all over the world decode the wisdom in them and bring them to the masses through publications and series of lectures.
