For the second consecutive day, businessman Robert Vadra appeared for questioning before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Jaipur on Wednesday. Vadra reached the ED office on Bhawani Singh Road near Ambedkar Circle at 10.30 am. He came with his lawyers but they were not present during the questioning, which ended at 8:45 pm.

Sources said he was questioned about Mahesh Nagar and his association with Ms Skylight Hospitality. Nagar is allegedly the authorised representative of Ms Skylight Hospitality who purchased lands for Vadra's firm. Vadra was also questioned about Ashok Kumar who allegedly expedited the land sale deeds through power of attorney and is Nagar's driver.

Vadra tripped on the first stair when he was entering the building. However he quickly regained balance and strode up the stairs. He was permitted to go for an hour long lunch break at 1.30. A false fire alarm went off in the ED office that caused everyone to rush out for a while.

While there were Congress workers outside the ED office on Tuesday, none turned up Wednesday. His mother Maureen who had been questioned on Tuesday was not summoned on Wednesday.
