Real life Mowgli? 8-year-old girl found in UP's Katarniaghat forests with animal-like habits

Here's a story straight from the pages of Jungle Book. In Uttar Pradesh's Katarniaghat forest, authorities have reportedly found a 'real life Mowgli'.

The 8-year-old girl was found two months back by senior inspector Suresh Yadav. The girl reportedly has habits similar to that of animals and can't talk or understand human languages. She couldn't even walk on her two legs initially and still eats food like animals.

According to a report, when Yadav was patrolling the Motipur range, he found the girl surrounded by monkeys. When he tried to take her along with him, they started attacking him. Even the girl wasn't willing to go with the officials, however they somehow managed to bring her to a zilla hospital in the area.

Speaking to ANI, Chief Medical officer DK Singh said, "The girl was found two months back, she eats and walks like animals and runs away on seeing humans. She has marks on her skin and looks like she has lived with animals for quite some time. Now she showing signs of improvement and is better and healthy.
