"We have been protesting for the last 20 days, but UPSC is doing nothing for us. Nobody is ready to pay heed to our demand. We will not sit silent till our demand is met," a protester said.

Civil services aspirants gathered around noon outside the UPSC office and started their protest against CSAT. They also burnt posters of Congress leaders.

Police had to erect barricades outside the UPSC office to prevent agitating students from barging inside.

As protesters refused to budge, a large numbers of police personnel were deployed at the site.

Later, police took all the protesters to Parliament Street police station in a bus.
