Prime Minister greets nation on eve of Navroz

Prime minister Manmohan Singh today greeted the nation on eve of the Parsi New Year, Navroz.

Singh said Navroz brings a message of hope and renewal and it reinforces the values of peace and religious harmony in India.

"The festival is a living symbol of the rich diversity and the vibrant composite culture of India," he said in a message.

Navroz is the most celebrated festival of the Parsis and is observed on March 21 every year.
