In another twist of events in the Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia mess, it has been learnt that the Mumbai Police may approach a key witness in this case. The witness happens to be a renowned retired cricketer’s son who was present during the altercation between Ness and Preity.

If the sources are to be believed, then the cricketer’s son was also abused by Ness when he tried to intervene by saying,“Please let us watch the match”. As per reports this is what Ness replied - “Shut up you, @3*îng ********”. It seems that Ness was well aware of his identity.

The police may approach the retired cricketer to seek his permission to record his son`s statement regarding the complaint filed by Preity against Ness, as his son is a minor.

The 39-year-old actress had filed a police complaint on June 13 night, alleging she was abused and humiliated by her former boyfriend, Wadia (44) at Wankhede stadium on May 30, when an IPL match was played between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings, a charge the industrialist has denied as "false and baseless".

Zinta recorded her statement after returning from the US, regarding her complaint against Ness Wadia on Tuesday evening. According to an exclusive report of Zee News, four new names have come up in the Preity-Ness controversy.
