Days after Pravin Togadia alleged that someone is trying to kill him to muzzle his voice, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader has accused him of indulging in indiscipline, which won't be 'tolerated'.

Togadia, who went 'missing' and later found admitted to a hospital in unconscious state, had levelled the allegation after discharge.

"I am being targeted for a decade-old case, there is an attempt to suppress my voice. Rajasthan Police team came to arrest me. Someone told me plan was being made to kill me in an encounter," a tearful Togadia said.

Senior VHP leader Swami Chinmayanand said that Togadia has indulged in indiscipline and will be shown the door.

Chinmayanand, who is a senior member of Margdarshak Mandal, the highest decision-making body of VHP also claimed that Tagodia has lost his position in VHP.

"Most people in the organization are happy that he has been sidelined. His recent act is a proof of his indiscipline. He won't be tolerated in the organization any more," Chinmayanand told Times of India.

However, VHP general secretary Champat Rai said,"Who says Togadia ji has been sidelined by VHP. He is dear to us and to the society."

Questioning if the country was under a "shadow of fear", the Shiv Sena on Thursday attacked the BJP and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah to clarify VHP leader Pravin Togadia's claim about a plot to kill him.

In an editorial in the Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana, the party also took a swipe at Modi and Togadia and said Hindutva icons like Vinayak Damodar Savarkar or late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray had never given vent to their tears in public.

"...if Hindutva adherents are feeling scared and terrorised, then Modi and Shah must come forth and clarify," the editorial said, questioning the silence of BJP veterans like LK Advani and questioning if it was moun (silence) or fear.
