The Postal services has decided to interact regularly with those who file complaints about the services

The postal services has decided to hold "dak adalat" every three months now. The first in the series was conducted on Friday by the postmaster in Panaji.
"We need feedback from people to improve our services. We have a redressal mechanism but the feedback from people helps us to fine tune it," Vinod Kumar, Goa postmaster said.
The Postal services has decided to interact regularly with those who file complaints about the services. "We have also have an online redressal system. These interactions will help us improve," he said.
While the dak adalat has been conducted by the postal services in the past it will now be held in a structured manner every quarter.
