Congress leader Shobha Oza on Sunday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been misleading the nation time and again.

"As Advani has said, Modi is a good event manager. He has been misleading the country time and again and he throws in some issue every other day. However, increasing prices of vegetables is not an issue for Modi ji, as he never paid attention to that. Now, the country is asking him about the black money through which his government came to power," said Oza while commenting on Prime Minister Modi's address over All India Radio for the second time in 'Mann Ki Baat' programme today.

"As far as giving scholarship to disabled children is concerned, I would like to tell you that they have already got that. There is even reservation for such children, but there are people still fighting for the same. He keeps on raising issues as a part of his event management," she added.

Meanwhile, Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar said Prime Minister Modi's speech reflected his dedication to good governance.

"This shows that our Prime Minister is concerned for the poor, and is also committed to good governance. He has a determination to change the future of the country. This is the first time that millions heard the Prime Minister on all Radio DTH platforms as well," said Javadekar.

"It was a great success From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, Andaman to Arunachal, Kachchh to Kamrup, everyone listened to the Prime Minster. #MannKiBaat has become #DilkiBaat of our Prime Minister. It makes people eagerly wait for next broadcast," he tweeted.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi assured the nation that government is committed to bring back all the black money stashed in foreign banks. Prime Minister Modi also also re-emphasized the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan' and said the mission had influenced small children the most.

This was Prime Minister Modi's second address to the nation via the medium of radio. The first one was broadcast on October 3.
