PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday took to Twitter to wish Congress President Rahul Gandhi. Putting aside political bickerings, the Prime Minister wished Rahul Gandhi, who turned 48 on Tuesday.
Rahul who joined active politics on 2004 has gradually upped the ante against PM Narendra Modi in recent times. Particularly, his tweets have increasingly been sarcastic taking digs at perceived misdeeds of the government. However, both leaders have taken turns to wish each other on Twitter on their birthdays.
#HappyBirthDayRahulgandhi is currently trending at number 1 on Twitter with many Congress leaders extending their sincere wishes. Through out the day, Congress leaders and other opposition party leaders are expected to extend their wishes to the Congress President. This is Rahul Gandhi's first birthday after becoming president of the grand old party. So it is expected, that Congress will make it a memorable day for their President.
