Patna: Planning Commission Under Secretary Rajiv Kumar shot dead

Planning commission under secretary Rajiv Kumar was shot at by unidentified miscreants in Patna on Tuesday noon.

The incident took place a few minutes from the Secretariat police station when some men barged into his house and opened fire on him.

Rajiv was rushed to the police station after he was hit by the bullet in his stomach, however, he succumbed to his injuries.
  
Police have launched an investigation into the case.
