Person claims responsibility for Bengaluru blast, warns of more blast in next two days

A Twitter handle @LatestAbdul, claimed responsibility for the Sunday night blast in Bangalore. The twitter handle user also sent out warnings of more blasts in the next two days. The twitter handle was suspended immediately.

On Sunday night, a low intensity IED blast took place in the heart of Bangalore city at Church Street. A woman was killed and three others injured in the said blast.

City Crime Branch of Bengaluru City Police in a tweet requested people to ignore such rumours.

BCP is aware about the tweets of LatestAbdul. They r being examined. There is NO reason to be alarmed. Please donot pay heed to rumours.

The user of @LatestAbdul also made sure to tweet to the handles of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and several news channels. The user has challenged the Bengaluru police to catch him/her.

In one of the tweets, the user also abused police officers to which many replied him/her not to underestimate the cops. In reply to this tweet, many asked the user not to underestimate the Police team.
