New Delhi: Amidst the second wave of coronavirus infection, India's vaccination drive is underway in full swing. While the government is working on speeding up the vaccination campaign, the unique way to promote the drive by the goldsmith community in Gujarat is in the news. In fact, the community of Rajkot is giving gifts made of gold to those who get the vaccine in the city.

There are several protocols to be followed from the first dose of vaccine to the second dose. Despite having both dosas, you cannot roam without a mask for a long time. People are still being careless despite whatever is done to reduce the risk of infection. In such a situation, Rajkot's goldsmith community is encouraging people to get the coronavirus vaccine in the spirit of saving the family and society. Here, women who have been vaccinated are given gold nose pins and men are given gift items like hand blenders.

There is an atmosphere of happiness among the local people from this initiative. People, besides their family and relatives, are also advising others to get the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible.
