Pampore terror attack dominated the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday with BJP legislators shouting anti-Pakistan slogans and demanding bombing of terror camps and hideouts in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), even as the security forces have re-devised their strategy to counter the new tactics of militants.

Soon after the House started its proceedings, BJP legislators led by MLA Nowshera Ravinder Raina drew the attention of the speaker to the fidayeen attack on CRPF bus that left eight soldiers dead and 22 others injured on Saturday.

Shouting slogans 'Pakistan Murdabad' (death to Pakistan) BJP lawmakers demanded that the army and air force be allowed to attack the terror cams and hideouts in the POK since they are involved in the bloodletting of soldiers and civilians in Jammu and Kashmir.

"It is for the first time in the history of Independent India and the slogans against Pakistan rent the Assembly. Pakistani terrorists are involved in bloodletting in Jammu and Kashmir and we can't remain silent," said Raina, who is also the state president of Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of BJP.

Urging government to give free hand to Indian army and Indian Air Force to attack Pakistan, Raina said the neighbouring country should be given answer in their own language.

"Pakistan is unleashing blood bath in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistanis are attacking Jammu and Kashmir. Civilians are killed; police army and CRPF camps are being attacked. Indian air force should be allowed to bomb terror hideouts in PoK. Pakistan is the root cause of terrorism," he said

BJP lawmaker said Pakistan does not listen to the language of dialogue and therefore India should mount attack to destroy the neighbouring country. "Pakistan only listens to the language of guns. Indian army, Indian Air Force and Indian Nave should be allowed to attack Pakistan", said Raina.

BJP's anti-Pakistan pitch comes on the day when a new amateur video surfaced showing the fidayeens attacking the CRPF bus in broad day light. The 1.50 minute video shows the militants running amok showering bullets on the bus with impunity.

The video also highlights the fact about the glaring security lapses since the ultras were seen well prepared. One of the militants was seen shooting at the bus while another is giving cover and two were seen in the parked maruti car.

Though two of the militants have been killed, two other are still on loose. Massive operations have been launched to track down the two fidayeens who had fled towards Srinagar in the car.

"All forces engaged in the security would collectively tackle the terrorism and would leave no stone unturned to safeguard the interests of the people," said K Rajendra Kumar, director general of police, while chairing a security review meeting.

Rajendra asked the officers to implement the common strategy already framed to deal with the situation. "Joint meetings and input sharing would give better results. Convene joint regular meetings to share the inputs and strengthen the communication to foil nefarious designs of the anti-national elements," he said.

Jammu and Kashmir minister for education Naeem Akhtar said the government is reviewing the entire security scenario to prevent any attack on security forces in future.

"A strategy is being devised to respond to new tactics adopted by militants," Akthar said while responding in the Upper House.
