Addressing a press conference on Saturday, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that India will stick to the issue of terror only and Kashmir issue will be discussed only later.

Swaraj said, "Not all interactions between India and Pakistan can be considered 'dialogue'. At Ufa, PM Narendra Modi and Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif had agreed upon discussing terrorism and maintaining peace on the border. "

She further added that at Ufa three meetings were decided. One was between DG BSF anf Pakistan Rangers for peace at the border, the other was of DGMOs for ceasefire violations. The third meeting was the NSA level talks on terror.

"India has always maintained that there will be no third party in Indo-Pak talks. Hurriyat cannot be a party. Sartaj Aziz should come if he agrees with India on the conditions made by us. India is not putting any pre-conditions. Only reminding there will be no talks on Kashmir now. It will be only on terror," Swaraj said.

She further added that in the Ufa declaration, there was no reference to Kashmir and hence it will not be one of the topics discussed. She urged that Pakistan respected the Simla pact and Ufa discussions.

Swaraj also said that Pakistan has time till midnight to assure India that the talks will be on terror. If that doesn't happen, then there will be no talks between the two countries.

"No NSA talks doesn't mean India and Pakistan dialogue will cease forever. Pakistan needs to understand what we are saying," she said.
