Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday questioned the delay in government formation in the state, saying BJP and PDP should explain it.
He posted on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Monday:
Will someone from @jkpdp or @BJP4India please tell us why we in J&K are being made to wait for DELHI election results for a govt here!

PDP emerged as the single largest party in the Assembly elections in J&K with 28 seats in the 87-member House followed by BJP with 25 seats.
PDP and BJP have been in talks but failed to reach any agreement even three weeks after the results came, following which Governor's Rule was imposed in the state. Omar's National Conference, which won 15 seats, ruled out joining hands with BJP for government formation but reaffirmed its offer of support to PDP.
