Are you satisfied with your results? If not, here are three recourses available to you—

Class Improvement Scheme

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education has started a scheme from 2008 that allows a student to improve his/her marks/class by appearing for examinations once again. For this the student must have passed all subjects and must appear for all subjects again.

Thus, students who appeared for February/March 2015 HSC examinations have two opportunities – one, in September/October 2015 and another in February/March 2015.

Students who want to appear for exams in September/October 2015 are required to submit their forms online. The board will soon declare those dates.

Revision of marks

Those students who want a review of their marks, must apply to their respective divisional boards after they have obtained the official mark-sheet after June 4. They can apply using the proforma available on the board website and submitting requisite fees for the process.

It is mandatory to submit an attested copy of the mark-sheet along with the application form. Students must note that the marksheets downloaded from the websites will not be considered. The application must reach the respective board office by June 15.

Rechecking

Students can also go for rechecking of their answer sheets if they think they have been assessed unfairly.

For this, the student must obtain a photocopy of his/her answer sheet from May 27 to June 5. Then, apply within five days to the respective divisional board along with the photocopy following the rechecking process available on the board website.
