Noida: At least two injured after two-storeyed building collapses in Nithari Village

At least two people have been injured and many are feared trapped after a two-storey building collapsed near Nithari village of Sector 31 of Noida on Monday. 

According to the reports, the incident took place when the owner of the building was getting the old structure of the building demolished. The building collapsed suddenly amidst the demolishing work being carried out. 

The Police states that at least half a dozen children remain trapped under the debris. The case has been registered in the Sector 20 Police Station. 

Two injured children were pulled out of the wreckage and were immediately taken for medical assistance to the nearest private hospital. However, the condition of the two children remains critical.
