No mobile phones inside court room from Tuesday: Bombay High Court

Litigants and public at large are banned from carrying their mobile phones inside court room. 

As per a notice issued by the Registrar General of the High Court on Monday, Mangesh Patil states "All parties are hereby informed that they shall not take any mobile phone, audio video recording systems inside court room and record proceedings." 

People will have to make their own arrangements to keep them outside the court and high court administration will not be responsible. The defaulter will be liable to fine, instruments will be confiscated and will be liable for action under contempt of courts act.
