In the run-up to the assembly poll, the ruling in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday said it had a progressive agenda for all three regions of the state and was contesting the election on development plank.
The party would notch up its highest-ever tally of seats in Jammu region in the upcoming polls, NC Provincial president Devender Singh Rana told an election rally at Nagrota.
"The party has a progressive agenda for all the three regions -- Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. It has entered the poll arena on the strength of its enviable developmental record," he said. The NC had vision of a vibrant, progressive and united Jammu and Kashmir, Rana said.
