BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a Vijay Sankalp rally in Ranchi on Sunday.

The rally will be held on the grounds of Prabhat Tara school, and Modi is expected to arrive at the venue at aroud 12:45 pm. He will address the rally half an hour later.

The dais has a backdrop of the Indian Parliament with three stages.

Modi will speak from one stage, and the other two stages will seat senior leaders of the party.

Heavy security arrangements have been made for the rally in view of recent reports of an Indian Mujahideen module which masterminded the serial blasts during Modi's Patna rally.

The party organisers have specially invited villagers from Sithio, where the Indian Mujahideen module had planned the Patna serial blasts.
