He said Congress candidate has been hesitating to use Congress symbol and names of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and its vice president Rahul Gandhi. "He has problems in using Congress symbol. I am proud and considers it privilege to use BJP symbol—lotus—during my campaign," he said.
