A 23-year-old teacher, who had alleged that she was raped by a youth in Balwakheri village in the district, has turned hostile in court.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sunder Lal recorded her statement yesterday under Section 164 CRPC (recording of statements and confessions) here.

The victim turned hostile and said that she was not raped by the accused here.

Police had earlier said that the teacher was allegedly raped by a youth at Balwakheri village on Saturday last and the act was videographed by two of his associates and all of them blackmailed her.

Three youths Vipin, Mohit and Sorabh, all college students, were arrested in connection with the incident.
