Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Friday described the UPA government at the Centre as 'coward' and said that it does not have the courage to check Chinese infiltration into the country.

"The Congress-led government at the Centre is darpok (coward) due to which China has managed to infiltrate 4-km into the Indian territory," Yadav said.

"China captured our land at will due to this 'nikami' (useless) government at the Centre," he further alleged.

The SP chief also alleged that the Manmohan Singh government has failed in all front including health, education and defence sector.

The former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, who is projected as SP's prime ministerial candidate, promised to provide free education and healthcare to everybody if his party came to power at the Centre.

He also attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and described the JD(U) government as 'hollow' which rely more on dialogues rather than action.

The Nitish Kumar government is hollow. It believes more in 'bhasan' (dialogue) than 'kaam' (work), he alleged.

Incidentally, SP and JD(U) are part of the 11-party grouping of non-BJP and non-Congress parties tipped to be the Third Front.

It, however, does not have alliance with any party in Bihar.
