Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday issued a 'report card' of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the BJP government's fourth anniversary. While Modi government scored F grade in 4 crucial subject matters, Congress chief gave the Prime Minister A+ in slogan creation and self-promotion.

"4 Yr. Report Card- Agriculture: F, Foreign Policy: F, Fuel Prices: F, Job Creation: F, Slogan Creation: A+, Self Promotion: A+, Yoga:  B-," Rahul said in a tweet.

In "remarks" accompanied with the "report card" the Congress leader added, "Master communicator; struggles with complex issues; short attention span."

The BJP-led NDA government completes 4 years in office today as the Prime Minister took oath on this day in 2014.

Modi government came to power with a brute majority in 2014. Prior to the 2014 general elections, Prime Minister Modi in his campaign speeches had made a slew of promises including record number of jobs and "achhe din".

In a series of tweets, the Prime Minister today said that development has become a mass movement for citizens of the country in the last four years.

The Congress, on the other hand, is observing 'Vishwasghat Diwas (betrayal day)', alleging that the government betrayed the country by failing to fulfil its promises.
