In the wake of a FIR registered against the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi and the erstwhile Sheila Dikshit government, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday once again attacked Prime Minister announcing that he would not be intimidated by the Centre’s alleged tactics to trouble him.

Lashing out at the PM, he said, "Modiji, I am not a Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi that you can scare me. I am not a Robert Vadra that you can have a setting (deal) with me. The Modi government doesn't file cases against Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi or Vadra but it targets me."

"Modi has tried to intimidate people with raids, false cases and threats. But I am standing like a rock - I won't bend, break or back off," he said.

The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB), which reports to the Centre, registered a case on Tuesday on the tanker scam based on complaints from AAP minister Sheila Dixit and BJP lawmaker Vijender Gupta. The scam allegedly took place between 2008 and 2011 when the Sheila Dikshit government bypassed rules and awarded tenders for water tankers at higher rates to unscrupulous companies leading to losses worth 400 crores.  ACB chief MK Meena said both Dikshit and Kejriwal would be questioned, based on the complaints.

While AAP minister Mishra filed a complaint against Dikshit, Gupta’s complaint was that the scam continued even after AAP came into power.

The Chief Minister said: "Respected Narendra Damodar Das Modi, get as many FIR registered against me, I will keep raising my voice. You will find me struggling over issues of the farmers and Dalits."

On Monday he tweeted he "welcomed" action against him as it was proof that PM Modi's fight was with him.
