Security forces on Tuesday smashed a militant hideout in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition, including five hand grenades.
In a joint operation, troops of Army's Delta Force and state police busted the hideout located in dense forests of Bharat region of Doda District, a Defence spokesman said. A large cache of arms and ammunition were recovered from the hideout, he said.
The recoveries included two Chinese pistols, a sniper rifle, two AK-47 magazines, three Chinese pistol's magazines, five hand grenades, four RPG grenades and 15 UBGL grenades, the spokesman said.
