India’s future is it’s youth, yet millions of Indian youth are underprivileged and lack access to career guidance, resource information and opportunities. Arundhuti Gupta’s MentorTogether aims to change this. Her’s is a non-profit that screens, trains and connects able professionals with aspiring youth, to facilitate mentoring, a stronger support system, better exposure and more.  Arundhuti is an energetic young woman entrepreneur who’s own career choices and aspirations were strongly influenced by her mentor, Rajeev Gowda, a professor at IIM-Bangalore.
