Man arrested for molesting female co-passenger on flight to Kolkata

A man was arrested at Kolkata's Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport for allegedly molesting a female co-passenger on board.

Sanjay Kanad, a 50-year-old man from New Delhi boarded the morning flight to Kolkata, reports Hindustan Times

“The female passenger complained to the flight staff mid-air that she had been molested by her co-passenger. We arrested the accused after the plane landed and a formal complaint was registered at the NSCBI airport police station,” Shivani Tiwari, assistant deputy commissioner of police (airport), said.
