Maharashtra CET: 50% students scored between 0 to 50

All the students who have got above zero marks are eligible for admissions into state management colleges.

Close to 50% students who have appeared for the Maharashtra's common entrance test (CET) for MBA and MMS courses have scored between zero to fifty marks out of 200. The directorate of technical education (DTE) announced the results on Friday evening. 

88,177 students of the total 88,226 candidates who had appeared qualified the exam which was conducted on March 4 and 5 this year with 48,097 students scoring between 0 and 50 marks out of 200. All the students who have got above zero marks are eligible for admissions into state management colleges. Tigran Wadia topped the exam with a score of 145 and a percentile score of 99.99. A total of 11 students scored a 99.99 percentile. Ria Mehta scored highest among the girls with a score of 139. 

Students will be competing for 36,900 seats across 360 state management colleges.
