Maharashtra Board HSC Results 2015: Official website mahresult.nic.in crashes

Over 14 lakh students appeared for the HSC exams this year.

Minutes after the Maharashtra State Education Board results for class XII were announced, the board's official website that published results link seemed to have crashed.

Over 14 lakh students had taken the March 2015 exams and the website was unable to handle such high volumes of traffic and eventually crashed.

The students who were waiting for the results eagerly are now upset.

The MSBSHSE 2015 exams were held between February 21 to March 17. 

For the fourth consecutive year, the Konkan Divisional Board tops the Maharashtra results as 95.68 % students from Konkan region passing the examination. Of the nine regional boards, Nashik board scored the least with 88.13 % students clearing the examinations.

Around six lakh students also appear for supplementary examinations for SSC and HSC every year. 

The Maharashtra Board conducts exams within the state through nine divisional boards at Pune, Mumbai, Latur, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Amaravati and Ratnagiri. This year the examinations were conducted from February 21 to March 17.

The results were being made available on http://www.mahresult.nic.in/.

The students can receive their MSBSHSE HSC Results 2015 through SMS also.

Type MHHSC followed by <seat no> and Send SMS to the number 57766.
