It would also organise a rail roko programme in the first week of January and call a western Orissa bandh in the second week of January. Later, rallies would be held before Rastrapati Bhawan and Parliament House in New Delhi. The Koshal Kranti Dal has sought support from MLAs of all parties to press for creation of the separate state.
