"It (J&K government) will continue with its zero tolerance for the subversive and anti-national activities by militants and their supporters. It has zero tolerance to terror acts", he said at a function in Rajouri district.
Taking a dig at those "raising the issue of separatists" in Kashmir, the Deputy Chief Minister said, "Guns and talks cannot go together".
"Talks are possible only after shunning violence and within the framework of the Indian Constitution," Singh said.
Addressing a meeting this evening, he said the coalition government is committed towards the development of all the regions of the state.
He asked his supporters to take the party activities and the Central and the state governments' schemes to the people.
Singh targeted the opposition National Conference and Congress for "negative role" on vital issues like GST, terrorism and separatists for "petty political gains".
While condemning the attack on Amarnath yatris, he appreciated the "positive role of locals".
BJP national vice president and prabhari J&K state Avinash Rai Khanna, while addressing the meeting, asked the leaders to extend the party base to every nook and corner of the state for achieving the target of 44 plus in the next assembly elections.
He said that as compared to 2014, the BJP today is having more representation in the form of MPs, ministers, MLAs, MLCs and VCs, "which is a strong force to achieve the desired goal".
"The BJP will have full fledged 24 carat own government in J&K in the next election," he said, and added "every activist has to work to keep each booth alive if we have to write a history in the state".
He appealed to donate funds in the PM Relief Fund for flood victims in different parts of the country.
