Jharkhand aviation secretary Sajal Chakraborty appointed CS in-charge of state

Jharkhand Civil Aviation Secretary Sajal Chakraborty has been appointed chief secretary in-charge of the state following incumbent R S Sharma's transfer to Delhi to take charge as secretary to the department of electronics and information technology.

A notification in this regard was issued by Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms yesterday, according to an official release here.

Sharma, who was the director general of UIADI before being appointed chief secretary in April last year, was known for initiating techno-driven delivery system in the state.
