Senior Congress leader Mohan Prakash on Sunday claimed that the blast in Madhya Pradesh's Jhabua district that left 89 people dead could be due to RDX or an even more powerful explosive.

"It cannot be believed that the blast was due to a cylinder explosion. It was an explosive more powerful than RDX as four houses with multiple floors were completely reduced to rubble. The explosion could be due to RDX or an even more powerful explosive," Prakash said on Sunday. He demanded that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe the case.
