The condition of former BJP leader Jaswant Singh, who suffered head injuries, remains grave, a Defence Ministry spokesperson said today. According to him, Singh's condition remains grave though his vitals are stable.

The former Defence Minister is still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Army Research and Referral Hospital here and is under constant watch, the spokesperson said.
