Jammu and Kashmir: Three terrorists killed, one armyman injured in encounter in Handwara

Three terrorists have been killed in an encounter on Sunday in north Kashmir's Handwara .

The encounter was launched on Saturday evening.  An Armyman has also been injured in the gunbattle.

One terrorist is still holed up and a search operation is currently being conducted by the Army, reported ANI.

An Army spokesman said the gunfight between the militants and security forces broke out in the forested area of Zachaldara in the Handwara Sector.

A cordon and search operation was still on when reports last came in.
