Jammu and Kashmir: Terrorists attack police party in Pulwama, one policeman injured

Terrorists attacked a police party at Muran Chowk in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on Sunday, according to reports.

Head Constable Mohammad Shafi was fired upon at Murran Chowk in Pulwama, 32 kms from here, this afternoon while he was on duty, a police official said. He said the cop was rushed to a nearby district hospital with injuries to his left leg.

The condition of the injured cop is stated to be stable, the official said.
